Justin and I just registered for a 5K run on June 28th. This will be Justin's 2nd race (he took 6th place in his division at his last 5K - his first race!) and it will be my first. I've been training and am still sore from my first 5K road run on Sunday. Wow, I had no idea how much different the road is from the treadmill (which now seems like a piece of cake). I have realized also that maybe my calf hasn't fully recovered from last summers freak sprinkler accident in which I tore my soleus muscle in half. So, more training indeed. Anyway please wish us luck!
