Florida - Day Three

Today we went to Universal Studios Island of Adventure. Wow! What a place!! The kids absolutely loved it and we spent the majority of the time at Harry Potter's world. It was amazing. We walked and played the entire day and finished the night with a little more pool time.

Florida - Day Two

Mother's Day! The boys made a delicious breakfast for Kathy and I and then we stayed around the condo and relaxed. The condo was so nice. We had a three bedroom right by the pool. The pool was warm, the on site beach had soft sand and there were a ton of fun activities for the kids.

Florida or Bust! -Day 1

We took the red eye and made it to Tampa at 9:00 in the morning. We promptly headed to Clearwater Beach for breakfast and to show the kids the ocean -their very first time! They loved it! Breakfast was wonderful and we were just so happy to be there! We were all looking forward to the upcoming week of R&R.

Tour De Brewtah

Riding our bikes around downtown with wonderful friends, from brewery to brewery with free beer and all for a good cause? Yes please! We will be doing this again next year!

She LOVES to play 1st base. She LOVES softball! She was also picked for the summer All-star league! Could I be any prouder?!?

Rockers

Alex joined a singing and dancing group at his school called Rockers. He had to practice every Wednesday before school and they got to perform in front of the school and parents. He did great singing and dancing to Mary Poppin's "Step In Time". So cute!

13.1 Will It Be My Last?

I am pretty sure that this will be my last half marathon, but I've said that before! Despite the rain and freezing temps, I ran my heart out and got a new personal best! I can't honestly say I'm ready to throw in the gauntlet even though I can't walk today :).
