Daddy's 67th Birthday

This year Dad really wanted some "authentic breaded veal cutlets". I couldn't find a place in town that had them on the menu, but Valter at Valter's Osteria hooked us up. He had them made for dad even though they were not on the menu.  We had several amazing bottles of wine and martini's and celebrated the night away. Happy birthday daddy!

Causey Reservoir

Bethanie asked me to spend a day with her paddle boarding at Causey Reservoir. I had never been and was a bit intimidated, but I went along and wow. Just, wow. Here it is the last week of September and we are still in bathing suits on the lake! It was one of the most beautiful days I've had the privilege of experiencing. I only fell off the board once and we spent a good six hours lying around soaking up the last rays of summer.  I only hope to be able to go again someday.

4-Wheeling to Wendover

Justin is really enjoying his annual 4-wheel ride from Dell to Wendover.  This year he may have crashed things up a bit, but he came out with just a few scratches and bumps and a whole lot of "Whooooo-hoooooo!"

Oktoberfest at Snowbird

Fun times with the besties. The kids got all day activity passes so they could ride the tram and alpine slide while the adults sat around and enjoyed the amazing scenery.

La Caille 7K

What a fun run with my besties! A gorgeous run through the beautiful canyon followed by brunch at La Caille.  We will definitely be signing up for this one again next year!
