Easter 2013

In the midst of the kitchen remodel chaos, we decided to spend an unconventional Easter with the kiddies at Boondocks Fun Center for some MUCH NEEDED one-on-one family time.

We got sick of the kitchen and what do we do when we get sick of something? CHANGE IT UP! So....for your viewing pleasure and my reminder of why we won't do this again, I present the kitchen remodel.

Dinner at Kabita's

Kabita can cook. I mean REALLY cook. She usually does amazing Nepalese food but tonight she concocted her rendition on Spanish food. Delicious!

Luck o' The Irish!

We love our family tradition of going to Paul and Laura's every year for St. Patty's dinner. Paul makes the best corned beef, like EVER and when paired with cabbage, beans and cheesy potatoes and Laura's amazing soda bread, Irish car bombs and appletini's, you just can't go wrong! Great food and wonderful friends. Thanks Litka's!

My Special Day

What a great birthday! Sushi lunch with my darling Shelly and baby Lilly. Lunch #2 with my hunny (sushi again) and a trip to the Sweet Tooth Fairy cupcake store. Dinner with Summer at Café Madrid, and the "big" party hasn't even started yet! Love my birthday!!!
