Basketball Fever

Alex loves his basketball! Next season he wants to try lacrosse, we will see how that goes!

Vigor Winter Race with Bethanie

Bethanie talked me into running a 5K Winter Obstacle Course race with her.  I was a little nervous, but I'm so glad we did it! She took 2nd and I took 3rd.  Fun times!

Sieauna Turns 13. What?!

How did this happen? How did my sweet little princess who used to love ponies, barbies and Dragon Tails turn into a, gulp, TEENAGER?

Yep-She's 13 now folks. I love every single bit of that girl.  I am so proud of her and her many accomplishments.

On the actual morning of her birthday she was surprised with her first ever flower delivery from Oma.  She loved getting flowers!

She chose to have her party at Classic Fun Skating followed by a sleepover.  She's got so many darling friends.  I love to see her happy.  Happy 13th birthday sweetheart!

Out With The Old

Sick kids and daddy = quiet night at home with puzzles, spaghetti and meatballs, sparkling cider and some small fireworks. Happy New Year's! Can't wait to see what the new year brings.

I decided to take a day and get caught up on some projects I had been meaning to make.
1. Neighbor gifts of "rice bags", to soothe the aches. :)
2. A table runner for my kitchen.
3. Flannel pillowcases for little man.
Got them ALL done! Yay me!
