Since the kids were home, and she's super sneaky, Sieauna talked me into a 3rd Christmas tree this year decorated in nothing but candy and baked treats! I have to admit, it was pretty cute. Nan and Beep came up to spend the holiday with us and pick up their new Christmas present! I cooked up a delicious feast on our new oven using our new pots and pans! It was just so enjoyable and quiet and wonderful.
After four negative COVID tests, we drove to Mesquite to spend the holiday weekend with Nan and Beep. This is one of those traditions that we very much look forward to every year and for many more to come!
This kid! We are so proud of him. This has been a tough year on everyone and he is not only surviving, but killing it. The kids are home for the winter now because of Covid and I'm pretty happy about it. For Alex's 19th we stayed home and had a fun night with the family.
