Alex Turns 16!

I can not believe how fast the time goes. Alex turned 16. I am so proud of this amazing kid. He is so talented and so good looking, I'm biased of course, but he can play any musical instrument he looks twice at. He is so smart and works hard to maintain his good grades. He is sweet and charming and loves his family fiercely.  I have enjoyed every second I share with this fine young man.  Happy birthday Alex!

For his birthday, Alex wanted to take his friends Nathan and Lauren, along with his sister, to Top Golf. We had a great time watching them play and have fun.

A couple weeks later, Alex got a new car! Dad found him an awesome GMC Terrain and it fits him, and all his musical gear, perfectly!  Congrats Alex, you deserve it for working so darn hard! We are so proud of this kid.

Halloween 2017

This year was definitely one of our busiest Halloweens yet! Justin and I had two parties and dressed completely different for both. At Heather and Art's we dressed as Lucy and Ricky and took home the "Most In Character" Award.  Super fun. I made about 120 Jello-shots for that one and we alllll had a blast.  The following evening Justin dressed as Lucifer (and man did he make a good one!) and I went as a Voodoo Witch.  We had so much fun dressing up together and putting on our makeup!

The kids got into the spirit too! Sieauna dressed as a dog and Alex went as "Nick Wild" the fox from Zootopia.  They both went to Brighton's MORP dance and had a great time! On Halloween night Alec had some friends over while Sieauna made delicious cupcakes and helped Justin and I give out treats. 

What a fun holiday! We sure love Halloween!
