Pineview

Things were a little different this year because we sold our trailer and Ken and Kathy were in Europe, but we still wanted to do our yearly Pineview trip.  We rented a condo on the lake and then rented a boat one day.  We LOVED it! We took all three pups with us and Alex tried water skiing.  He ROCKED it! He got up on the first try.  Love these kids and how they love to go to Pineview with us.

Sieauna Is Off to Europe!

Sieauna went with a school group to Europe.  We have a whole book about it.  She came home safe and we are so excited for the memories she made. 

Ken & Kathy's 50th Wedding Anniversary

What a great way to celebrate the love of two of our favorite people.  Ken & Kathy held their 50th wedding anniversary party at the Old Mill gold course.  We had a great time catching up with all our extended friends and family.  We also took the opportunity to get a family photo of ourselves, but you can see how that turned out.

Ragnar Wasatch Back 2016

Just like the full marathons, this will be my last Ragnar Wasatch Back.  I am so blessed to have an amazing group to run with.  These are truly my best friends in life.  Mark & Tracy, Heather & Artie and Trent & Tereser.  We had a ball, as usual, but we are glad to be done.

RIP Poppy

My sweet poppy passed away in his sleep. I honestly believe he couldn't have gone in a better way. He was 94 years old.  My mom flew out and he was able to eat dinner with her and reminisce.  Each of the kids were able to speak to him on the phone before he passed and then he simply went to sleep. It took just a few days after hospice and my mom arrived.  He passed surrounded in love by his daughters and wife.  He will be missed.
