Ragnar Wasatch Back 2016

Just like the full marathons, this will be my last Ragnar Wasatch Back.  I am so blessed to have an amazing group to run with.  These are truly my best friends in life.  Mark & Tracy, Heather & Artie and Trent & Tereser.  We had a ball, as usual, but we are glad to be done.

RIP Poppy

My sweet poppy passed away in his sleep. I honestly believe he couldn't have gone in a better way. He was 94 years old.  My mom flew out and he was able to eat dinner with her and reminisce.  Each of the kids were able to speak to him on the phone before he passed and then he simply went to sleep. It took just a few days after hospice and my mom arrived.  He passed surrounded in love by his daughters and wife.  He will be missed.

Jason Turns the big 4-0!

My J-bear turned 40 this year.  We had a family party at mom's and gosh I sure love all my fun nieces and nephews.  Comedy runs rampant in our family.  These yahoo's had us in stitches!  I love my brother Jason.  Happy birthday bro!

Ogden Marathon 2016.

I said I wouldn't run another full marathon, but I did. And I hated it. I really, for really reals, will not be doing another one.  Again, this was cold, wet, windy, and miserable.  I had my worst time yet, but it's done. I am so grateful for friends who stood by and waited for me to cross the finish line.

Park City Mountain Meltdown

I was super scared to actually compete in this 5K with five WOD's thrown in for fun, but it turned out okay! It was hard, wet, cold, rainy and snowing, but I'm still alive and the swag was sweet!
